King's Lynn, Hunstanton, Downham Market, Swaffham, Fakenham, Dereham, Wisbech, Spalding, and the surrounding Norfolk and West Norfolk areas. Larger projects further afield are considered on the merits, just get in touch.

Do you do home AND garden, or just one?

Both. We handle full-property renovation: roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors on the home side, and full garden builds including patios, decking, fencing, summer houses, sheds, and gazebos outside. One team for the lot.

How do I get a quote?

Ring or text 07511 668 135, or email dovy27639@gmail.com. For most jobs we come out, measure up, and send a written itemised quote. Small jobs we can sometimes quote from photos.

How are quotes priced?

Fixed, itemised, written. Materials and labour broken out separately. Once agreed, the price doesn't change mid-job unless the scope does, and we'd flag that in writing first.

Are you insured?

Yes. Public liability insurance held for every job. Documentation available on request.

Do you need a deposit?

For smaller jobs, no. For larger projects where we're buying in materials up front, a materials deposit may be requested. Always agreed in writing first.

Question 7

How soon can you start?

Accepted Answer

Depends on scale and time of year. Smaller jobs often within a couple of weeks. Full renovations and garden rebuilds need longer lead time. We'll tell you a realistic date, not an optimistic one.

Question 8

Do you clean up after the work?

Accepted Answer

Always. Dust sheets down, waste taken away, site left tidier than we found it. That's the minimum.
